Multi-Platform Order Aggregation

Overview

Fetches orders from multiple platforms every 6 hours, merges them into a unified dataset, and logs to a master Google Sheet. Eliminates need to check multiple dashboards. **What it automates:** - 6-hourly multi-channel order sync - Unified order master sheet - Single source of truth for fulfillment - Automatic merge and deduplication **Apps & credentials needed:** - Shopify (Admin API) - WooCommerce (REST API) - Google Sheets (master order log) **Setup steps:** 1. Connect Shopify store 2. Connect WooCommerce site 3. Set up Google Sheet with columns: ID, customer, amount, status 4. Map order fields to sheet columns 5. Test sync with existing orders 6.    Download the JSON

   With an active Library Pass, download the workflow file right from this page or your dashboard.

2. 02

   Import into n8n

   Choose Import from File and select the downloaded JSON. The full agent graph appears, ready to configure.

   Plug in credentials

   Each integration node prompts for credentials on first run. The setup guide lists every credential the agent expects.

   Activate and test

   Run once with sample input, confirm the expected output, then flip the activate toggle.
